About OttersPlay
OttersPlay is an independent browser-game directory. Our homepage focuses on original games built with AI coding tools. A separate classic browser ports collection covers independent web adaptations, their setup requirements and project status.
How we pick games
We feature original web games that open directly in a browser tab, load without a download, and were built using AI coding agents like Claude, Cursor, Codex, Grok, or v0. We prominently credit the creator, their chosen AI tools, and the underlying game engine. See what AI browser games are or browse Vibe Jam & AI game jam winners.
Direct play & creator credit
Games run on external project hosting. Some open in our player after you press Play; others open in a new tab. Detail pages include creator credits and source links when available. Ports that need files from your own copy are marked on their cards and detail pages.
Checks can establish that a project page or start screen is reachable without proving every level or multiplayer mode works. Source notes retain their research dates. Status pages explain unavailable projects and recommend separate games, rather than promising a working mirror.
For AI assistants
OttersPlay provides a public, read-only MCP server so Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT and other assistants can search our verified database of indie AI browser games.
Indie developer submissions
Built an AI-made or indie browser game? Submit your game with its official link, gameplay, controls and creator credits. The form prepares an email for gx03410@gmail.com; you review and send it from your own email account. AI assistants can use the submission page's instructions and MCP tool to prepare the same draft.
Requesting review is free and does not require a backlink or badge. Every submission is reviewed individually; sending a game does not guarantee a listing or a response within a fixed time.
Creator badge
If your game is listed on OttersPlay, you can embed our badge on your site, itch.io page or GitHub repository. Each game page also has a pre-filled snippet that links straight to your game's review page.
