A Smash-style platform fighter for up to 20 players. The default mode, Last Fighter Standing, is single elimination: no respawns, and the arena shrinks and hurts anyone caught outside it. Timed Brawl (most KOs, with respawns) and Stocks are the other modes, across six arenas.
Bots fill empty seats after about eight seconds in public lobbies, so there is always a match. 'Play with a friend' creates a four-character invite code, and anyone can spectate through a watch link.
How Bash Fighter was made with AI
Bash Fighter is unusual even among AI-made games. Its README says an autonomous, Claude-based AI agent does the day-to-day development: it writes most of the code, runs the production server and tunes the balance from player telemetry, while a human owner only advises. The stack is TypeScript, PixiJS and a Node.js WebSocket server.
