About HALDANE-4
A short ASCII horror story about a solo descent under the Antarctic ice.
It won Vibe Jam 2026, Most Original.
You are Dr Harlan Webb, piloting a submersible beneath the Antarctic ice from a CRT operator terminal. Thrust, rotate and toggle your lamp to see. Things in the dark react to light and noise: cut the engine to hide.
Collect a sample, then make a timed ascent while pressure and temperature warnings scroll past and radio messages make it clear something is wrong down here.
